🌞 Whispers for the Mood: Affirmation Cards as Ritual Companions

In a world that often demands speed, clarity, and productivity, we offer something quieter: a pause. A breath. A whisper of affirmation.

Our Mood Support Sprays were crafted to meet you where you are—whether you’re rising gently into the day, grounding through overwhelm, or seeking clarity in the fog. Now, each blend is accompanied by its own affirmation card: a poetic prompt to deepen your ritual and anchor your emotional rhythm.

These cards are not instructions. They are invitations.

🌿 What Are  Affirmation Cards?

Each card is paired with a specific spray and designed to:

  • Offer gentle emotional validation

  • Encourage sensory regulation through poetic microcopy

  • Create a moment of ritual—however brief or quiet

They’re readily available as a FREE DOWNLOAD so you can print them out when you need them.

On each card The Name of the Spray and a poetic affirmation that can be used whenever you use the spray.

✨ Why Affirmations?

Affirmations are more than words. They’re emotional cues—especially for neurodivergent minds navigating overstimulation, anxiety, or burnout. When paired with scent, they become embodied. A spray becomes a signal. A phrase becomes a rhythm.

🧠 Designed for Neurodivergent Sensitivity

These cards were created with sensory safety in mind:

  • Language is gentle, non-demanding, and validating

  • Rituals are optional, adaptable, and pressure-free

  • Visuals are soft, botanical, and non-overstimulating

Whether you use them daily or tuck them away for tender moments, they’re here to remind you: your emotional landscape is worthy of care.

A hush in mist form.

For the moments before sleep, when thoughts tangle and the body resists rest. This mist is a gentle unravelling—lavender, blue chamomile, and sandalwood woven into a breath that softens the edges.

Spray onto linens, around your bed or across your pillow. Inhale deeply. Let the scent guide you toward stillness.

Not a perfume. Not a diffuser. A ritual of release.

  2. Hormone-sensitive cancers: Lavender and tea tree oil have phytoestrogens; they are not recommended for ingestion in patients with hormone-sensitive cancers (e.g Breast Cancer)
